What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use your message only to reply to you and to decide whether we can help. We don’t sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside the office, except a service provider that helps us run the website or email.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted within a year. Client files are kept as long as professional rules require.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to abner@vandiverlaw.com or calling (918) 555-0162.
